Full organization

  • Search for all the service providers you want for your wedding (reception venues, caterer, photographer, etc…)

  • Budget monitoring and shopping list 
  • Retroplanning and check-list for d-day 
  • D-day coordination of preparations until the start of the first dance

Tailored organization

  • Unlike the complete organization, you entrust us with only part of the organization of your wedding. We are looking for some of the service providers you are missing and/or we are giving you a professional helping hand to finalize the organization of your project. 
  • We discuss with you where you need our help and support you as needed.

D-Day coordination

  • We are 2 wedding planners on D-day to coordinate the providers of your wedding as well as your guests. We are the conductors of this day to let you enjoy your wedding with your loved ones.
  • We are present throughout the day/evening (in the shadows so as not to disturb your wedding) to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Coordination of the post wedding brunch

  • 1 wedding planner on D-Day to coordinate the caterer or service provider(s) for your post-wedding brunch.
  • Supervision and installation of decoration, tables, etc… 
  • Presence until departure of the caterer

Decoration only

  • A mood board that presents a scenography of the decoration according to your tastes, desires and budget
  • A technical visit to the reception area
  • A shopping list to reference all the decoration items you can rent/buy
  • Installation and uninstall
